Editorial policy
- Shops are selected after our editorial team has either visited them in person or verified them through public information. Each shop’s page shows the date and method of verification.
- Descriptions are written by our editorial team. We do not reproduce text from other websites.
- Receipt of advertising fees does not affect the content of our descriptions or the order of listings. For details, please see our “Listing & Advertising Policy.”
Shops affiliated with the operator
Where we list a shop that is managed or invested in by the operator or its related parties, or that has a business relationship with the operator, we display “Operator-affiliated shop” on that shop’s page and in listings. Shops bearing this label are not included in our editors’ picks. We operate the shop “Makers Yard” in Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City. This label is applied to that shop and to the shops of brands from which we purchase products.
Requests to correct or remove information
To report errors in listed content, request the removal of photos, or request that a listing be withdrawn, please email the contact address above (hello@tiemnote.com). After verification, we will, in principle, respond within 7 business days.
